The following are the terms and conditions that make up Everly Wilson's shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.
For large orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow extra shipping time. We will contact you by email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Commissioned orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the completion of the custom product. The estimated completion time can be found in the item description and will be confirmed when Everly Wilson (the seller) confirms the purchase to the buyer.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.
Duties and Taxes
Everly Wilson is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your order. All costs incurred during or after shipping (e.g., duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage Claims
Everly Wilson is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
We are committed to ensuring all of our customers are satisfied, if you experience a problem, please contact us after filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
